Shipping policy

COVID-19 Info: Our Warehouse fulfillment center and delivery providers are fully operational.

Currently, we are not experiencing any significant delays. All orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours.  If your order is delayed for any reason we will notify you and provide you the opportunity to cancel if so desired.  

Shipping Operations are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

USPS STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard orders must be received, verified and credit card authorized prior to shipping day. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days from the date your order was placed. Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands will experience longer transit times.

UPS GROUND

UPS Ground orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via UPS Ground typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days from the date your order was placed.

UPS 2ND DAY

2nd Day orders must be received and credit card authorized by 12 pm PST Monday –Wednesday, for 2nd Day Delivery.

2nd Day shipping varies for remote locations so first check with UPS.Com website for your location.

UPS OVERNIGHT

Overnight shipping orders must be received and credit card authorized by 12 pm EST Monday – Thursday. Overnight Delivery orders placed on Friday, weekends or Federal Holidays will ship on the next business day.

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

SHIPPING TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES

APO/FPO addresses should have "US Armed Forces" selected as the State and city as APO,FPO or DPO to ensure correct routing.
